Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems including mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and controls; keep facilities up to standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Maintain energy management programs; ensure efficient operation of systems.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean and safe.
• Review building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Apply standard principles to complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge within the function.
• Lead by example and help build consensus across teams.
• Impact customer, operational, project, or service activities within own and related teams.
