Job summary

NHG Polyclinics in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to support the Clinical Services department in eldercare and population health initiatives across NHG Polyclinics.

You will lead programme management, stakeholder coordination and administrative support to drive service improvements, budgeting, and strategic planning in the Central Health region, working with doctors, nurses and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably Life or Biological Science.
• 1-2 years of work experience in project management, operations and administrative work.
• Report writing and project organisation skills with analytical thinking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible, adaptable, self-starter, proactive and a team player who can work independently under pressure.
• Constant learner.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning and implementation of clinical programmes for older adults across NHG Polyclinics.
• Engage stakeholders (clinic teams, doctors, nurses, operations) to roll out programmes.
• Coordinate development and review of management papers and funding proposals.
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate data for programme KPIs.
• Present updates to Clinical Services Department and Senior Management.
• Draft, review and revise cross-functional policies.
• Monitor programme budgets and support work planning and budgeting.
• Provide secretariat support for meetings and action tracking.
• Support departmental initiatives and administrative functions.
• Perform other project duties as assigned by leadership.
