Qualifications

• Degree in Nursing is required.
• Must be registered with Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and enhance nursing workflows to ensure SNB standards.
• Oversee data collection, consolidation, and reporting of QA data.
• Ensure policies and SOPs are documented and accessible.
• Support policy implementation and care pathways in the nursing home.
• Ensure resident care documentation is complete and incidents reported.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to design individualized care plans.
• Respond to feedback from residents and families.
• Provide nursing guidance on complex clinical cases and monitor progress.
• Participate in Nurse Leaders’ Meetings, QA Committee, and Product Evaluation Committee.
