Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in social sciences / allied health fields.
• Experience in eldercare, community development or healthcare settings.
• English and Mandarin proficiency preferred to engage with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership and governance aligned with MOH/AIC service agreements.
• Oversee design, scheduling and execution of active ageing programmes across core domains.
• Manage client intake, screening and case coordination with early risk detection.
• Drive community outreach initiatives and volunteer management.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting per PDPA guidelines.
