Job summary

NHG Population Health in Singapore is seeking a Senior Assistant Manager to support strategic and financial planning, centre operations, and project delivery for NHG Health Centre aligned with Healthier SG.

You will lead budgeting, manage relationships with stakeholders, coordinate with NGEMR and NBS teams, oversee meetings, and drive improvement across the department. A recognised degree and 3–5 years in healthcare operations are required, with strong communication and Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Recognised degree in Business Admin, Finance, Accounting, Life Sciences, Public Health or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Healthcare operations experience and knowledge of NGEMR/NBS is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support the Assistant Director in strategic and financial planning, project management and centre operations.
• Develop budgets for centre services using inputs from stakeholders and market research.
• Take charge of assigned centre services and tasks with frontline staff to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engineers on NGEMR and NBS system enhancements and maintenance.
• Oversee administrative, budgeting, procurement, reporting and meetings within NHG Health Centre.
• Build trust and manage stakeholders to support effective delivery of responsibilities.
• Provide secretariat support for Population Health Campus and related meetings and training.
• Supervise subordinates and support their development.
• Lead other projects or tasks as assigned.
