Job summary

medspecializedinc is seeking an EHR Implementation Specialist to ensure smooth adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for providers. This onsite role runs on a night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Cebu City, Philippines, requiring strong communication and quick problem-solving.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, document progress, and escalate complex cases while building trust with clients and staying current with product updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or healthcare field or equivalent.
• Strong communication, listening, and documentation skills.
• Ability to stay patient, professional, and solution-focused with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear solutions.
• Handle client interactions professionally and courteously.
• Troubleshoot basic system/workflow issues and offer workarounds.
• Research and escalate unresolved issues to the proper team.
• Build positive relationships to ensure good customer experience.
• Stay updated on the EHR system and new features.
