Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing or patient-facing roles in healthcare.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English with a warm, natural U.S.-friendly style.
• Strong ability to follow SOPs, exercise sound judgment and escalate appropriately.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn multiple healthcare platforms quickly.
• Full availability to work U.S. business hours (ET).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review AI-generated calls, messages, and workflows to verify accuracy, tone, compliance, and procedures.
• Intervene, correct, or escalate interactions when human judgment is needed and document findings.
• Communicate with patients for appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and insurance updates.
• Test updated scripts and AI behaviors prior to deployment and support client demos.
• Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring platforms to support patient intake and scheduling.
