Job summary

medspecializedinc in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking a Patient Portal Specialist to support IMSCare portal implementation, train clients, and configure portal features and webforms. You will provide ongoing product support and collaborate with internal teams to improve the client experience.

The role is onsite with a night schedule from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM, at 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies the role.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with IMSCare.
• Experience implementing and supporting Patient Portal solutions.
• Previous IMSCare-focused role is highly preferred.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.
• Ability to train clients and explain product features clearly.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Patient Portal per client needs.
• Customize webforms and Quick Note features for client workflows.
• Train clients and provide ongoing product support.
• Create and manage cases to document issues and improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
