Qualifications
- Bachelor-level alignment not required; Allied Medical graduates welcome.
- Experience in healthcare support, medical administration, or billing preferred.
- Willing to work night shift and onsite in Cebu City.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems (ECW an advantage).
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clinical support to US-based healthcare providers.
- Coordinate patient appointments and documentation.
- Verify insurance and process prior authorizations.
- Assist with medical records, EMR/charting, referrals, and medical documentation.
- Handle patient, provider, and insurance communications.
- Provide billing and administrative support.
