MicroSourcing is seeking a Healthcare Customer Support Specialist – AI Operations to join our onsite team in Cebu, Philippines. You will monitor AI-driven calls and workflows, assist patients with appointments and insurance updates, and ensure accuracy and compassionate service.
The role requires healthcare customer-facing experience, flawless English, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing or patient-facing role in healthcare.
- Fluent English with warm, clear, US-friendly communication.
- Ability to follow SOPs, exercise judgment, and escalate issues.
- Proficient with healthcare platforms and systems.
- Available to work US Eastern Time business hours.
Responsibilities
- Monitor AI-generated calls, messages, and workflows for accuracy and compliance.
- Intervene or escalate interactions; document findings to improve AI.
- Assist patients with appointments, rescheduling, and insurance updates.
- Test updated scripts and AI behaviours prior to deployment; support client demos.
- Navigate EHR, practice management, CRM, and AI-monitoring platforms to support intake and scheduling.
