Outsource Staffers, OPC. is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our Telehealth account. You will assist patients, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth, professional patient experience while safeguarding confidentiality.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving concerns promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain service quality. Night shift and onsite work at Cebu IT Park are required.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of customer service or BPO experience.
• Healthcare, medical, or telehealth account experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients via phone, email, and chat.
• Respond to inquiries with accurate information.
• Address concerns with timely, professional resolutions.
• Protect confidential information and comply with privacy standards.
• Document interactions in CRM and internal systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
