Job summary

medspecializedinc is seeking an EHR Implementation Specialist to ensure smooth adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for providers. This onsite role runs on a night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM in Cebu City, Philippines, requiring strong communication and quick problem-solving.

You will troubleshoot basic issues, document progress, and escalate complex cases while building trust with clients and staying current with product updates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Position Overview:

As an EHR (Electronic Health Record) Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful adoption and integration of electronic health record systems for healthcare providers.

Work Schedule and Arrangement:

10:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Onsite

Office Location:

8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with their EHR/EMR concerns and provide clear, helpful solutions.
• Handle client interactions professionally, patiently, and courteously.
• Troubleshoot basic system or workflow concerns and provide appropriate workarounds when possible.
• Research, document, and elevate unresolved issues to the appropriate team or level of support.
• Build positive relationships with clients and ensure a good customer experience.
• Stay updated on the EHR system, new features, and processes to provide accurate support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college degree, preferably in a medical or healthcare-related course.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude and professional approach when dealing with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive client relationships.
• Fast learner who can quickly understand and apply new systems, processes, and information.
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional when handling difficult client situations.
• Willingness and ability to commit to the role for at least two (2) years.
• Previous experience handling calls, customer interactions, or training is an advantage but not required.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 23,250php
• New hire bonus of 5,000php
