Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Account Support specialist to handle inbound/outbound patient and healthcare stakeholder calls, while providing accurate information and empathetic service.

You will document interactions, assist with scheduling and billing, and escalate complex issues as needed. The role requires at least 1 year in healthcare accounts, on-site work in Lahug, Cebu City, and availability for night shifts and quick onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School or Senior High School Graduate.
• Must have at least 1 year of Healthcare Account Experience.
• Amenable to work onsite in Lahug, Cebu City.
• Amenable to work on nightshift schedule.
• Amenable to start ASAP.
• Available for a virtual interview process.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare stakeholders with professionalism and empathy.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Document all customer interactions and transactions in the system accurately and in a timely manner.
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling, billing questions, and general healthcare inquiries.
• Troubleshoot common issues and elevate complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of healthcare services, policies, and procedures relevant to the account.
• Follow established protocols and scripts whilst maintaining a personalised, professional tone.
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, first call resolution, and customer satisfaction ratings.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement based on customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
