Job summary

medspecializedinc is seeking a Recruitment Specialist in Cebu City to support high-volume hiring. You will source candidates, screen applicants, endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers, and coordinate interviews.

This onsite role requires strong English communication and the ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet deadlines. The position offers a 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule in Cebu, with a salary range of PHP 25,000 to 28,000 plus benefits such as a new hire bonus and in-office

Job description

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to support our high-volume hiring needs. This role will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and initial screening to candidate endorsement and offer coordination

Work Schedule and Arrangement:

8:00 AM- 5:00 PM, Gliding Shift, Onsite

Office Location

: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Review applications and conduct initial phone or video screenings.
• Assess candidates based on role requirements, communication skills, experience, and overall fit.
• Endorse qualified candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
• Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
• Meet recruitment targets, turnaround times, and other assigned hiring metrics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updates in the ATS.
• Support recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and other sourcing initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in a BPO or high-volume hiring environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience using job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and follow-up skills.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 25,000php - 28,000php
