MedSpecialized, Inc. is seeking a Project Lead to supervise a licensed healthcare operations team serving US clinics from the Cebu office. The role requires ensuring productivity, accurate client reports, and streamlined workflows across accounts.

The position operates on a graveyard shift with a start at the IT Park Lahug location. Relocation allowance is offered for new hires from outside Cebu and a comprehensive benefits package is included.

Office Location:

Responsibilities:

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):

• Monthly salary of 35,000 - 40,000 (depending on BPO healthcare and leadership experience)
• New hire bonus of 5,000
