TalentSync Training and Development is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Educational Accounts in Cebu. This full-time role involves handling calls, delivering accurate information about educational services, and maintaining client records while supporting educational accounts.

The successful candidate will communicate clearly in English, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service or call centre preferred, especially in education or B2B.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with educational account clients.
• Provide accurate information about Talentsync's educational services.
• Document all customer interactions in the call centre system.
• Identify customer needs and escalate complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information and service history.
• Follow call centre procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Assist with order processing and administrative support for educational accounts.
• Contribute to meeting team performance targets and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes.
