Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and courtesy
• Provide product information, process orders, and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the company's database systems
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate retail products and solutions
• Follow established scripts and guidelines whilst adapting communication to individual customer needs
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff or management when necessary
• Meet or exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and sales metrics
• Participate in training programmes to develop product knowledge and customer service skills
