• Address customer inquiries regarding pet services, including grooming, veterinary referrals, boarding, and other pet care offerings.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Process customer requests, bookings and transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the company system.
• Provide product and service information to customers to assist them in making informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell pet services products and offerings.
• Follow established call centre protocols, procedures and quality assurance guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet departmental targets and performance metrics.
