TalentSync Training and Development is seeking a dedicated Customer Support for Financial Account professional to join our Cebu City team. You will be the first point of contact for clients, providing guidance and solutions to ensure their financial account needs are met promptly.

This full-time role emphasizes customer service excellence, compliance, and clear communication as you assist customers with account information, transactions, and product features.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school or senior high school graduate with at least 1 year experience in financial BPO, bank teller, or financial advisor roles.
• Experience in customer service, call centre, or related field is required.
• Strong communication skills for explaining financial concepts clearly.
• Good problem-solving and customer-centric approach.
• Ability to multitask and handle high-volume interactions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy with financial information.
• Patience and empathy when assisting diverse customers.
• Knowledge of financial services or account management is preferred.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
