Job summary

Secure Visa Consulting, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to guide clients through school and programme options and achieve monthly targets. You will conduct consultations, present recommendations, and maintain a robust CRM-driven sales pipeline from Makati.

The role requires strong English communication, experience in sales or education consultancy, and willingness to work on-site at the Makati Office in Rockwell. Training and performance assessments are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in sales, education consultancy, customer service, recruitment, account management, or client relations is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident in conducting consultations, presentations, phone calls, and online meetings.
• Willing to report on-site at the Makati Office in Rockwell.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultations based on assigned targets and lead follow-ups.
• Meet monthly sales, enrolment, and conversion targets.
• Maintain a strong, active, and organised sales pipeline.
• Provide suitable school and programme recommendations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and respond to client inquiries promptly.
• Stay updated on partner schools, programmes, fees, intakes, and admission requirements.
• Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and client service standards.

• Conduct the required number of consultations based on assigned targets.
• Meet monthly sales, enrolment, and conversion targets.
• Maintain consistent and timely lead follow-ups.
• Keep CRM records complete, accurate, and updated.
• Provide suitable and properly supported school and programme recommendations.
• Respond to client inquiries within the company’s required response time.
• Maintain a strong, active, and organised sales pipeline.
• Properly document client concerns, objections, recommendations, and next steps.
• Complete accurate and timely client endorsements.
• Maintain updated knowledge of partner schools, programmes, fees, intakes, and admission requirements.
• Avoid providing incorrect information, unauthorised advice, misleading statements, or guaranteed outcomes.
• Demonstrate Secure Visa Consulting’s standards of integrity, professionalism, accountability, teamwork, and excellent client service.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Psychology, Education, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in sales, education consultancy, customer service, recruitment, account management, or client relations is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Confident in conducting consultations, presentations, phone calls, and online meetings.
• Comfortable working with clients from different professional, cultural, and personal backgrounds.
• Experience using CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, email platforms, and online communication tools is an advantage.
• Ability to understand, retain, and explain detailed school, programme, and service information.
• Willing to undergo continuous training, coaching, and performance assessment.
• Willing and able to report on-site at the Makati Office in Rockwell.
