Qualifications

• 2–3 years in BPO collections, medical billing, or customer service.
• Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is REQUIRED.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to explain balances and insurance details clearly.

Responsibilities

• Outbound calls to discuss outstanding balances and request payment.
• Verify identity (Name and DOB) in accordance with privacy laws.
• Review AMD ledger to ensure accuracy before outreach.
• Secure payments via cards on file or new card details.
• Answer questions on balances, payment history, and insurance codes.
• Update PBS with communication and disposition statuses.
• Leave HIPAA-compliant voicemails and perform warm transfers to AR team.
