Responsibilities

• Manage service authorizations, eligibility checks, and benefit verifications.
• Post payments and conduct A/R follow-ups with insurance providers on unpaid claims.
• Track, research, and resolve unpaid claims; prepare and submit appeals when necessary.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into billing software (Eclipse).
• Generate aging reports and investigate account discrepancies; perform necessary adjustments.
