Job summary

SmartScale360 Careers is hiring a Staffing Recruiter to manage recruitment for our U.S.-based clients, from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding, coordinating with hiring managers. You will source, interview, and move candidates through the full hiring process, build talent pipelines, and maintain accurate records for multiple openings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, executive search, HR, or candidate sourcing.
• Experience managing candidates through multiple stages of the recruitment process; full-cycle recruitment experience is preferred.
• Strong spoken and written English, with confidence conducting candidate interviews in English.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, referrals, or similar channels.
• Experience screening resumes and evaluating candidates for role fit.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and candidates simultaneously.
• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment platforms.
• U.S. recruitment or staffing experience is strongly preferred.
