Job summary

Facelove Cosmetics, a fast-growing DTC beauty brand, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for ecommerce and creative roles for a remote team. You will write job descriptions, source proactively, screen candidates, and coordinate offers across time zones with founders and the HR Manager.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years in recruitment, strong portfolio evaluation, and sharp judgment to identify real fit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience for e-commerce and creative roles.
• Experience recruiting for DTC or performance-marketing-driven companies.
• Comfortable evaluating creative portfolios (design, video, content).
• Strong sourcing skills; proactive and structured screening.
• Excellent written communication, JD writing and candidate emails.
• Able to work core hours aligned to CET and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for e-commerce and creative roles.
• Write and refine job descriptions to attract the right candidates.
• Source candidates proactively via LinkedIn, job boards, and channels.
• Screen resumes, run initial interviews, and produce structured assessments.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones with stakeholders.
• Draft offers and support onboarding handoff for new hires.
