Job summary

Ace Hardware Philippines, Inc. in Pasay is seeking a hands-on Hyperlocal E-commerce Fulfillment Operations Manager to lead fulfillment across stores and hubs. You will coordinate order management, inventory, and last-mile delivery, while driving SOPs and performance improvements.

You will manage e-commerce platform operations, analytics and cross-functional collaborations to elevate customer experience and service levels across the network.

Qualifications

• College graduate in Business, E-commerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, IT or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in E-Commerce, Hyperlocal Operations, retail or related role in a similar organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hyperlocal operations across multiple stores or fulfillment locations.
• Manage order management, inventory, fulfillment, store operations and last-mile delivery.
• Lead fleet management and 3PL platform coordination (Lalamove, Transportify, Grab Express).
• Drive cross-functional coordination, KPI monitoring and process improvements.
• Oversee E-commerce platform operations and integration with reporting systems.
• Enhance customer experience through efficient fulfillment and service quality.

• Strong knowledge of order management, inventory, fulfillment, store operations, and last mile delivery
• Extensive knowledge in fleet management and 3PL platforms such as Lalamove, Transportify and Grab Express
• Experience in Team Leadership, KPI Monitoring, process improvement and cross functional coordination
• Proven experience managing E-commerce platforms preferably Grabmart, own online retail platforms and integration systems
• Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets, Powerpoint and E-commerce operational reporting
