Job summary

Suncoast Brands International Corporation is seeking an Ecommerce Supervisor to oversee day-to-day online operations and production workflow of the ecommerce platform. The role ensures product listings, order fulfillment, content updates, and site operations run smoothly while supervising a team of specialists.

You will coordinate with warehouse teams, monitor listing accuracy, SEO, and compliance with policies, and prepare regular operational reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2–4 years in ecommerce operations, with at least 1 year in supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with OMS/IMS/CMS.
• Knowledge of product listing standards and SEO basics.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor ecommerce operations staff.

About the role

The Ecommerce Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day online operations and production workflow of the ecommerce platform. This role ensures product listings, order fulfillment, content updates, and site operations run smoothly and efficiently, while supervising a team of specialists. The Supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining compliance with company policies, platform guidelines, and regulatory requirements, and in identifying and mitigating operational risks.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and mentor ecommerce operations/production staff (listing associates, order processors, content uploaders)
• Assign daily tasks, set performance targets, and monitor team productivity and quality of output
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching for skill development
• Oversee end-to-end order processing — from order receipt to fulfillment — ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Monitor website/marketplace uptime, product availability, pricing accuracy, and promotional accuracy
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth order-to-delivery flow
• Supervise the creation, upload, and maintenance of product listings (images, descriptions, pricing, categorization) across platforms
• Ensure content quality, brand consistency, and adherence to SEO best practices
• Identify bottlenecks in operational workflows and recommend process improvements
• Prepare and present daily/weekly/monthly operational reports (sales, order fulfillment rates, listing accuracy, backlog status) to management

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce operations, online retail, or digital production, with at least 1 year in a supervisory/team lead capacity
• Strong working knowledge of ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Lazada/Shopee Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with order management systems (OMS), inventory management systems (IMS), and content management systems (CMS)
• Understanding of product listing standards, SEO basics, and digital merchandising practices
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management abilities
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of data privacy, consumer protection, and ecommerce compliance regulations is an advantage
