Concentrix in the Philippines is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Collections Advisor to assist customers with account and payment issues. You will contact customers about outstanding balances, negotiate payment arrangements, and document commitments in our system.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with 6 months to 1 year of collections experience. You may work in shifts (including weekends/holidays). The role offers a language premium, HMO, and opportunities for growth.
