Recruitify HR is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support Spanish-speaking clients from our Manila metro area. The role requires handling inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism while documenting interactions in our CRM system.

You will collaborate with teammates to improve service delivery and assist in translating communications for non-English speaking clients as needed. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, with 3–5 years in customer service.
