Job summary

Booth in the Philippines seeks an analytical AR Accountant to oversee revenue-related activities, including deductions, rebates, and eCommerce reconciliations across Shopify and Amazon.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and AR, ensure month-end close per US GAAP, and look for automation to improve ERP data flow.

3–5 years of revenue accounting and at least 1 year eCommerce experience required; strong Excel skills and attention to detail essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Revenue Accounting experience, including month-end close.
• At least 1 year of eCommerce experience.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage deductions for rebates, promotions, and discounts.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and AR to validate deductions.
• Reconcile weekly eCommerce returns and investigate variances.
• Reconcile daily and monthly sales across Shopify and Amazon with processors.
• Ensure revenue recognition per US GAAP and month-end close.
• Identify opportunities to automate data flow to the ERP system.
