Job summary

AGP Corporation is seeking a Senior E-commerce Manager in Metro Manila to drive online sales and market share through robust e-commerce strategies. You will lead cross-functional teams to optimize AGP's website, online stores, and marketplace platforms, while coordinating with logistics and marketing to execute campaigns and launches.

The role requires 5+ years in e-commerce/digital marketing, at least 2 years in supervision, and a proven track record in online marketplaces, analytics, and ERP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or related field.
• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, online sales, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• Experience managing online marketplaces such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and other digital sales channels is preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving online sales growth and digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in web analytics tools, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
• Experience with ERP integration and inventory management systems is an advantage.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Results-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share.
• Identify new digital sales opportunities, online marketplaces, and emerging technologies.
• Create annual, quarterly and periodic e-commerce business plans and sales forecasts.
• Manage and optimize AGP's website, online stores, and marketplace platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
• Oversee payment gateways, order management systems, and online customer transactions.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
