Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee the company’s website, marketplaces, and digital campaigns from our Manila area office.

You will drive SEO, UX improvements, and analytics to optimize traffic and conversions while coordinating with marketing, IT, and customer service teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Ads are a strong advantage.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record with online marketplaces and campaigns.
• Experience leading cross-functional e-commerce teams.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee website development, maintenance, and improvements.
• Implement and optimize SEO; manage content updates.
• Enhance UX/UI for a seamless shopping experience.
• Use web analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Manage presence on marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada, Zalora, TikTok Shop.
• Plan and execute media campaigns with PPC and display ads.
• Lead and mentor an e-commerce team; coordinate with marketing, IT, and CS.
• Plan campaigns, coordinate promotions, and deploy email marketing.
• Coordinate order fulfillment with logistics and warehouse teams.
• Forecast demand and manage inventory using sales data.
