Job summary

CompAsia Technology Philippines Inc. is seeking an Online Retail Manager to drive profitable revenue growth through our online store.

You will own merchandising strategy and promotions, partner with marketing, vendors, and supply chain to ensure seamless execution of the ecommerce strategy. You will manage site user experience, pricing, and campaigns, and provide weekly KPI analytics to gauge performance against targets.

Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in online merchandising and/or E-commerce.
Proven record in generating revenue through e-commerce platforms or company store.
Experience with project management is a plus.
Strong data and analytics experience.
Ability to build relationships with leaders in an organization.

Responsibilities

Utilize merchandising levers to drive revenue growth in e-commerce channels.
Manage website UX, navigation, content, checkout, and campaigns.
Collaborate with Creative and Brand for best-in-class content on all sites.
Meet or exceed KPIs, sales volume, and profit targets.
Provide weekly KPI analytics and results versus targets.
Monitor pricing and provide actionable go-forward recommendations.
Work with data teams to understand customer behavior and translate insights into strategy.
Communicate with marketing, customer experience, operations and supply chain.
