Dempsey Resource Management is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to lead online operations, marketplace performance, and digital campaigns from our Pasig office. You will drive growth across websites and marketplaces with strong leadership and analytical skills.

The role requires guiding cross-functional teams, optimizing SEO, running PPC campaigns, and ensuring seamless customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• Certifications in Digital Marketing or Google Ads are a strong advantage.
• 3–5 years in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or similar.
• Proven track record managing websites and online marketplaces.
• Experience leading cross-functional e-commerce teams.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, and deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee website marketing, maintenance, and UX/UI improvements.
• Implement and optimize SEO; manage content updates for relevance.
• Monitor analytics, generate reports, and inform decisions.
• Manage marketplace presence on Zalora/Lazada/Shopee/TikTok Shop.
• Lead media planning including PPC and display ads campaigns.
• Optimize Meta CPAS and ad spend for ROI.
• Coordinate email campaigns and promotional activities.
• Lead and mentor e-commerce specialists and marketing staff.
• Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely fulfillment and inventory planning.
