Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Project Management Specialist to drive planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of strategic projects across the Brand Growth Center in Metro Manila.

The role translates business requirements into project plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, tracks timelines, risks, and deliverables, and supports process improvement and digital/e-commerce initiatives; it serves as program owner for the AGP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or related areas.
• Strong planning, coordination, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good documentation and reporting skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital operations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from planning through implementation, assessment, and closure.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, owners, and success measures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure accountability for project deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Prepare project status reports, action trackers, and project documentation.
• Develop and improve SOPs, workflows, process maps, RACI, policies, and governance standards.
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, duplicated work, and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead change management initiatives, including change-impact assessments, communication, implementation, and adoption monitoring.
• Manage special projects related to platform initiatives, business expansion, operational improvement, and organizational development.
• Monitor project resources, schedules, milestones, and costs where applicable.
• Own and monitor the Agency Graduation Program (AGP), including readiness tracking, gap identification, action planning, and management reporting.
