Qualifications

• E-Commerce experience from Fashion/Retail/FMCG industry.
• Experience managing company ecommerce website (not only marketplaces).
• Strong in E-Commerce Operations, SEO/SEM, UI/UX and Google Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and revenue growth.
• Manage the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless customer experience and strong conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising and cross-functional teams to optimize product listings, content and website functionality.
• Partner with Marketing to plan and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic, conversions and retention.
• Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Identify and implement new technologies and strategies to enhance e-commerce operations and efficiency.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Lead and develop the e-commerce team with guidance and performance direction.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security and relevant e-commerce regulations.
