Job summary

Pending is seeking a Head of Ecommerce in Metro Manila to lead the overall ecommerce strategy and execution across web and mobile channels, oversee online sales performance, listings, promotions, and the end‑to‑end customer journey.

You will monitor key metrics with web analytics, optimize conversion funnels, coordinate with marketing, sales, operations and IT, manage ecommerce projects and budgets, and lead the ecommerce team to deliver initiatives aligned with business goals and brand

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
Experience in ecommerce strategy, product listings, pricing, and promotions.
Proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics or similar).
Track record of online sales growth and revenue targets.
