Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong experience in ecommerce management, digital retail, or online marketplace operations.
• Familiarity with Lazada, Shopee, or similar ecommerce channels is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, product management, and online merchandising.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily ecommerce operations across online platforms and marketplaces.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across channels.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions.
• Identify trends, customer behavior insights, and opportunities for growth in digital channels.
• Ensure accurate and updated product content, branding, and digital presence across platforms.
• Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce partners, platforms, and service providers.
