Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 3+ years in management consulting, strategy & operations, or analytics.
• Proven experience leading strategic or cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities in ambiguous environments.
• Strong business acumen connecting data, market trends, and operational insights to outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication to influence senior teams.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; SQL/Tableau/Power BI are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Shape Category Strategy by analyzing performance, trends, and dynamics to identify growth opportunities.
• Own Business Planning & Target Setting with the Category Leader to define annual and quarterly goals.
• Diagnose Business Performance using data to identify gaps and root causes across key metrics.
• Design Growth Strategies including new models, segmentation, and operating improvements.
• Lead Strategic Projects from problem definition to execution and measurement.
• Partner with Product & Operations to translate needs into requirements and roadmaps.
• Turn Strategy into Execution with clear actions, metrics, and progress tracking.
• Build Data-Driven Business Cases to support investments and decisions.
• Influence Senior Stakeholders with insights and aligned recommendations.
