ByteDance in the Philippines is seeking an Agency Growth Manager to scale our eCommerce ecosystem by developing strategic partnerships with enablers and agencies. You’ll lead day-to-day agency growth operations, drive performance, and ensure partners support merchant success.

This cross‑functional role collaborates with internal teams and external partners, focusing on insight-driven strategy, market analysis, and scalable ecosystem development to fuel long‑term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Partner Management, Commercial Operations, or Growth Strategy.
• Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
• Solid communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Adaptable, fast learner, results-driven, and a resilient team player.
• Experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and conducting business reviews.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of enablers/agencies (TSPs).
• Drive revenue growth through agency-led programs and partnerships.
• Build acquisition engine by onboarding merchants and matching with partners.
• Plan and manage offline events to increase TSP visibility.
