ByteDance is seeking a Category Account Manager to grow a portfolio of sellers, brands, and distributors within the Lifestyle category. You will partner with sellers to understand their priorities, identify growth opportunities, and expand business on ByteDance E-commerce.

You will also contribute to category growth initiatives with campaigns, pricing, content, LIVE, creators, and affiliate solutions, shaping tomorrow's category while managing today’s opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above with relevant commercial experience.
• Proven experience managing brands, distributors, or sellers.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into growth plans.

Responsabilités

• Manage strategic seller and brand relationships with key partners.
• Develop account growth plans and JBPs to unlock opportunities.
• Monitor performance, analyze GMV and metrics, and drive improvements.
• Identify category opportunities and market trends forLifestyle.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive campaigns, pricing, content, and LIVE.
• Develop new business opportunities and scalable programs.
