Job summary

HiFi Sound Connection in Cebu City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced e-commerce leader to own marketplace performance and team leadership. You will manage Amazon Seller Central, Walmart, and eBay activities, drive growth, and optimize profitability.

The role requires coordinating a small team, setting weekly priorities, and reading business metrics. You will guide listings, customer service, advertising and purchasing support, own the weekly numbers, and plan inventory for brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce with hands-on Amazon Seller Central.
• 2+ years leading a team or running an e-commerce business end-to-end.
• Experience with Walmart, eBay, Shopify or BigCommerce is a plus.
• Comfort with reading a P&L and with Amazon Ads.
• Strong written English and analytical spreadsheet skills.

Responsibilities

• Run Amazon, Walmart and eBay accounts: listings, health, cases and promotions.
• Lead and coach the team across listings, CS, advertising and purchasing support.
• Own weekly numbers: sales, margin, ad spend, inventory and returns.
• Plan FBA inventory and maintain healthy stock with brands.
• Identify bottlenecks, improve processes and document SOPs.

About HiFi Sound Connection

HiFi Sound Connection is a US online retailer of car audio and consumer electronics. We sell on Amazon, Walmart, eBay and our own website, and we run with a team in Cebu City, Philippines.

The role

You help run HiFi day to day, side by side with the owner. You own marketplace performance and account health, lead the team, set the week's priorities and read the numbers.

What you will do

• Run our Amazon (FBA and merchant fulfilled), Walmart and eBay accounts: listings, account health, cases and promotions.
• Lead and coach the team across listings, customer service, advertising and purchasing support.
• Own the weekly numbers: sales, margin, ad spend, inventory and returns.
• Plan FBA inventory and keep stock healthy with our brands.
• Fix what slows the team down and write the SOPs they follow.

What you bring

• 5+ years in e-commerce, with hands-on Amazon Seller Central.
• 2+ years leading a team, or running an e-commerce business or account end to end.
• At least one more marketplace: Walmart, eBay, Shopify or BigCommerce.
• Comfort with Amazon Ads and with reading a P&L.
• Strong written English and solid Excel or Google Sheets.
• A plus: car audio, automotive or consumer electronics.

• Onsite in Cebu City, full time, night shift (US Central business hours).
