Job summary

FBGC Limited is seeking a Sales & Marketing Assistant to support Amazon and other e-commerce platforms from a remote Philippines role. You will manage daily marketplace operations, assist with product launches, and coordinate marketing activities while liaising with the Sales & Marketing team.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience and can manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced remote environment. Filipino candidates based in the Philippines are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
• Experience with other platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop or Mercado Libre is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, SEO, and online sales processes.

Responsibilities

Sales & Marketing Assistant (Amazon & E-commerce) Role Description

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Assistant to support our growing e-commerce business. This role will work closely with our Sales & Marketing team and will focus on managing daily marketplace operations, supporting product launches, coordinating marketing activities, and improving internal processes.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with Amazon Seller Central and other e-commerce platforms, understands online marketplaces, and is comfortable managing multiple projects independently in a fast‑paced remote environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills across e-commerce operations, marketplace management, digital marketing, and project coordination. This position is open to Filipino candidates based in the Philippines only.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketplace & Sales Channel Management

• Monitor and support daily operations across multiple sales channels, including Amazon (UK, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden, Poland, Belgium, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, and Japan), Shopify, eBay, Walmart, Facebook, Mercado Libre, and other marketplaces.
• Track account performance, sales trends, rankings, inventory status, and key marketplace metrics.
• Maintain awareness of international markets and identify potential opportunities for future growth.
• Support marketplace optimisation initiatives to improve sales performance.

Product Launch Management

• Assist with launching new and existing products across multiple marketplaces.
• Manage product uploads, including images, SEO content, keywords, pricing, and product information.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure launches are completed accurately and on schedule.
• Monitor launch performance and provide updates.

Marketing & Promotional Activities

• Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist with website updates, optimisation, promotions, and conversion improvements.
• Develop and implement keyword strategies to support product visibility and sales growth.
• Research marketing opportunities and provide ideas for improving customer acquisition and retention.

Email Marketing

• Schedule and manage email marketing campaigns.
• Assist with newsletter planning, content ideas, and campaign execution.
• Research and suggest new email marketing strategies to improve engagement and sales.

Reporting & Strategy Support

• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Prepare reports and analyse sales and marketing performance.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Third-Party Management

• Assist in managing external partners, including copywriters, translators, designers, and other service providers.
• Coordinate tasks, deadlines, feedback, and project requirements.
• Ensure deliverables meet company standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing Amazon marketplaces.
• Experience with Amazon Seller Central is required.
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, eBay, TikTok Shop, or Mercado Libre is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of marketplace operations, product listings, SEO, and online sales processes.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign management.
• Hands‑on experience using Amazon tools (such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a fully remote environment.
• Must have their own laptop or PC and a reliable internet connection suitable for working remotely.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
