Job summary

Kreeayt BPO is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Associate: Marketplace Support to assist our clients in daily operations. You will manage Amazon Seller Central tasks, create and optimize listings, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues with a high standard of professionalism.

The role requires strong written English, organizational prowess, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Training on Seller Central and AS400 basics will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Understand basics of Seller Central, including creating listings and variations.
• Knowledgeable with AS400 basics.
• Knowledgeable with basic graphics editing.

Client Account Associate: Marketplace Support

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Marketplace Support to assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and with proven experience in handling and managing Amazon account.

What You'll Do

• Knowledgeable with the basics of editing graphics.

Who You Are

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central and creating or updating product listings.
• Knowledge of Amazon titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images, and listing requirements.
• Experience creating parent/child variations and troubleshooting listing errors.
• Understanding of Amazon policies and listing compliance.
• Experience opening and following up on Amazon support cases.
• Good written English and clear communication.
• Amazon PPC experience is preferred but not required.
