Kreeayt Bpo is seeking a detail-oriented Client Account Associate: Marketplace Support to assist clients daily. You will handle data entry, reporting, and client requests while ensuring accuracy and timely responses.

The role requires experience with marketplace platforms, strong communication, and a night shift onsite requirement. Knowledge of Seller Central and AS400 basics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage client accounts for accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities.
• Ensure client satisfaction with a high level of professionalism.
• Understand basics of Seller Central, including listings creation and variations.
• Know AS400 basics and basic graphics editing.

Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Client Account Associate: Marketplace Supportto assist our clients directly in their daily operations. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and can adapt quickly to changing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily operational support directly to clients.
• Assist with data entry, reporting, and client requests.
• Monitor and manage client accounts to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and maintain reports using Excel.
• Communicate effectively with clients, customers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Work under pressure and adapt to changes in tasks or priorities as needed.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Needs a basic understanding of Seller Central, including creating new listings, designing titles and bullet points, fixing closed or suppressed listings, and creating variations.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of AS400.
• Knowledgeable with the basics of editing graphics.

Who You Are:

• Education: Senior high diploma or any vocational course is acceptable.
• Experience managing marketplace platforms such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Etsy, or TikTok Shop.
• Excellent oral and verbal communication skills.
• Amazon PPC experience is preferred but not required.
• Amenable to work onsite and in night shift schedule.
