The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Education/HR/Communications, corporate training experience (BPO/logistics/shared services), and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Communications or related field preferred.
• Proven corporate training, teaching, or peer-led coaching experience in BPO/logistics/shared services.
• Excellent written and spoken English with engaging classroom presence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and virtual sessions for onboarding and upskilling.
• Deliver actionable coaching, assess learning outcomes, and create improvement plans.
• Configure classrooms and LMS spaces; collect feedback and drive continuous improvement.
