Job summary

YDC in San Pedro, Laguna, Philippines is looking for a proactive Learning and Development Supervisor to oversee impactful training programs aimed at leadership and organizational growth. Qualified applicants should have at least one year of experience in L&D or Corporate Training, preferably in a BPO environment, along with a relevant degree or equivalent experience in BPO training.

Qualifications

• Experience in BPO is a major plus.
• Equivalent hands-on experience in BPO training will be considered.

Responsibilities

Job description

We're seeking a proactive and results-drivenLearning and Development Supervisor to lead the design, implementation, and management of impactful training programs focused on leadership development and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate & Deliver: Lead engaging, high-impact training sessions focused on soft skills, leadership development, communication, and professional development.
• On-the-Floor Observation: Transition from the classroom to the production floor. Observe participants in their day-to-day environment to see skills in action.
• Drive Behavioral Application: Focus relentlessly on post-training execution. Move beyond attendance to ensure learners successfully apply new soft skills and leadership behaviors to their daily workflows.
• Feedback & Mentorship: Provide constructive, real-time and structured feedback to participants to reinforce learning and improve performance.
• Assess & Evaluate: Create robust pre- and post-training assessment tools to accurately measure knowledge retention and skill gaps.
• Manage Training Operations: Track, analyze, and report on learner metrics including attendance, assessment scores, and training completion rates.
• Continuous Improvement: Use data insights and post-training observations to refine training materials and strategies.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of experience in an L&D or Corporate Training (experience in BPO is a major plus).
• Graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, OR equivalent hands-on experience in BPO training.
