Job summary

Probe CX is seeking a passionate Trainer to support onboarding, refresher training, and continuous learning within our operations team in Makati City. You will facilitate classroom and virtual sessions, develop materials, and help employees improve performance in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in Training or Learning & Development, experience with BPO product training, and strong communication and presentation skills. Onsite start ASAP is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Training, Learning & Development or coaching.
• Experience in BPO product training and training module design preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees.
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs.
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement.
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness.
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirements.
• Work with Operations, QA, and HR to support business goals and employee development.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in facilitation, coaching, and employee development who enjoys helping teams improve performance and succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for employees
• Facilitate engaging classroom and virtual training programs
• Support upskilling initiatives and knowledge enhancement activities
• Identify learning gaps and provide coaching or training recommendations
• Assist in creating and updating training materials, guides, presentations, and e-learning content
• Monitor trainee progress and provide feedback to support performance improvement
• Conduct post-training assessments and track training effectiveness
• Ensure training documentation and materials are updated and aligned with operational requirement
• Work closely with Operations, QA, and HR teams to support business goals and employee development
• Participate in calibration sessions and team meetings as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Coaching, or a related role
• Experience in BPO product training and training module design is preferred
• Good communication and presentation skill
• Amenable to work onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
• Amenable to start ASAP
