The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication. This on-site position is based in Cebu City, Philippines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day direction of trainees and monitor progress.
• Deliver training using classroom, online, and hands-on methods.
• Prepare and present training materials for various accounts.
• Evaluate Associate Trainers and provide recommendations.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics.
• Facilitate transition from training to production.
• Maintain current product knowledge and participate in meetings.
• Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and clients.
• Create training materials for CBT, classroom, and job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness and revise programs.
