Summary Description

We're seeking a driven and customer focused Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Experience Anthony's team. You'll play a key role in supporting our sales managers and commissioned representatives, ensuring seamless order processing, accurate pricing, and a positive customer journey.

Job Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients
• Provide responsive, high-quality customer service across all touchpoints
• Initiate and manage pre-sale activities including product knowledge, quoting, and order entry
• Ensure post-shipment follow-through and customer satisfaction
• Assure accurate customer pricing
