Job summary

Responsibilities

• Search for and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, and sales calls.
• Introduce and explain company products based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and other sales documents.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending orders.
• Negotiate with customers and assist in closing sales.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and customer requirements with internal departments.
• Monitor customer feedback and provide appropriate after-sales assistance.
• Maintain updated customer databases and sales records.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly sales activity reports.
• Monitor competitors, market conditions, and potential business opportunities.
• Work toward achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Perform other duties related to sales and business development as assigned.
